AI-enabled technologies predict weather conditions, analyze crop sustainability and evaluate farms for the presence of diseases or pests and poor plant nutrition on farms with data like temperature, precipitation, et cetera.

Technology and artificial intelligence are already making an impact in the fields of Salinas, California. Engineers are able to monitor the robotic tractors and make adjustments from the company's San Francisco headquarters. The technology analyzes the health of the plant and determine the health of each plant and determine how much water or fertilizer it needs.

These high-tech robots perform various agricultural operations autonomously such as: irrigation, weeding, guarding the farms for delivering effective reports, ensuring that the adverse environmental conditions do not affect or damage the production, increase precision, and manage individual plants in various unfamiliar ways.

FarmWise Labs, Inc., an American agricultural technology and robotics company based in California, builds innovative systems and processes that allow farmers to streamline operations and increase food production efficiency. Its robotic tractors pick weeds around crops like romaine lettuce and cauliflower. Cameras underneath the tractors are able to detect and identify the vegetables and cut out weeds that take up water.

The technology business was founded in 2016 in San Francisco, California by Sebastien Boyer, a graduate of École Polytechnique and Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Thomas Palomares, a graduate of École Polytechnique and Stanford University.

The company provides its service for a fee per acre rather than selling their equipment to farmers. It’s latest machine model, Titan FT-35, consists of a self-propelled, tractor and a smart implement that encompasses a set of cameras and sensors and robotic arms. The first product, an automated mechanical weeder, uses a combination of AI, computer vision and robotics to pull out weeds in vegetable fields without using harsh chemicals.
